Shipping Information

Sage ships to addresses in the US only. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding major US holidays. Orders ship via FedEx. We will send you an email confirmation with the FedEx tracking number upon shipment.

Ground orders will generally ship within 2 business days after receiving the order. 2 Day or Next Day orders placed before 2PM Pacific Standard Time (PST) on business days will ship same day. 2 Day or Next Day orders placed after that time will ship the next business day. Saturday delivery is not available.
Free Ground shipping only applies to US addresses in the lower 48. Alaska and Hawaii orders must ship via 2 Day or Next Day.

Passionate about creating fly fishing products that continually exceed expectations, Sage strives to meet your standards. Items purchased on sageflyfish.com may be returned up to 90 days, unused from the date of purchase.  
If the item was purchased from an authorized dealer, please contact them directly for assistance. Items that are ordered through an authorized dealer cannot be returned or exchanged through sageflyfish.com.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

‚ÄčIf you want to return an item that was purchased on sageflyfish.com, please use our Contact Us form, and include a description of the problem and reference your order number in the email. We will initiate the return in our system and send you a return authorization number. Please mark this number on the outside of the package you are returning.   Please include original paperwork, tags and packing receipts in the return package. If you purchased the item at one of our authorized dealers, please contact that dealer to process the return.

DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT

‚ÄčIf a shipment arrives at your door with apparent shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please use our Contact Us form to initiate a return. Save all packaging material and paperwork.
